Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a dynamic Educational Sales Consultant to join our team in Crete (Heraklion – Chania).
As an ELT Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, optimizing the sales process, and promoting our educational products. Your main goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and support the overall growth and success of MM Educational Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote the publishing house’s educational materials and products.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and gain deep product knowledge to support clients effectively.
- Participate in ELT exhibitions, events, and workshops.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to management.
- Report directly to the Area Manager on sales progress and customer-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), holding a C2-level certification.
- Strong presentation skills (an asset).
- Ability to travel; driving license required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong team spirit and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in publications sales and knowledge of the publishing industry (optional).
