We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Account Manager Financial Institutions (FI) to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager Financial Institutions (FI), the role is responsible for the business growth in Banking sector, customer satisfaction and account profitability.
The Banking sector is core business for Brinks. Brinks, provides FI under Cash and valuables management business services such as Cash in Transit, ATMs services and replenishment, Money processing and Vaulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees a portfolio of assigned Banks and develops business opportunities
- Negotiates contracts with Banks and closes agreements to maximize profits
- Develops new business with existing Bank's clientele and actively seeks new sales opportunities in cash management and Digital Retail Solutions
- Forecasts and tracks Bank metrics (i.e., sales results, account profitability and annual forecasts, compliance with operational KPIs) as per contract
- Builds and maintains strong long-lasting relationships with Banks to achieve ideal customer experience and contract renewal
- Works internally with Operation, and support to achieve operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other related field
- 3-4 years' experience in business development, B2B sales or as an Account Manager
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and build ongoing relationships
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- English literacy
