We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Sales Manager Digital Retail Solutions to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role is responsible for the growth in DRS line of Business, customer satisfaction and account profitability.

Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) business, is the line of Business where Brinks essentially offers a full service via smart devices (Front and Back office), technology, software, analytics and more, so that customers can have an integrated and seamless solution for their cash management needs and all kind of payments/transactions in store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops sales opportunities by identifying potential accounts, actively seeks new sales opportunities via market analysis, and proposes solutions according to Customer needs
  • Negotiates contracts and closes agreements to maximize profits
  • Oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develops new business
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives working with efficiently with Product and Operations
  • Forecasts and tracks key account metrics (i.e., sales results, account profitability and annual forecasts vs Targets )
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships to achieve ideal customer experience as per contract strategy
  • Manage a Team of Key Account managers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other related field
  • 10+ years' experience in business development, B2B sales or as an Account Manager
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and build ongoing relationships
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • English literacy
