                                               Location: Thessaloniki North Greece

Job Brief

We are looking for a FSE to join our excellent team, based in Thessaloniki! In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers while increasing customer satisfaction and securing loyalty.
• Target orientation and strong commitment to achieve results.
• Αdd value to the customers, coaching them and succeed in exceeding customer expectations by meeting their individual needs.
• Advanced daily reporting and analysis on Sales 360 KPI’s.
• Ensure Payment Plans implementation.
• High engagement in year-end closure procedure.
• Handling and monitoring internal business requests.

Candidate profile

• University Degree, ΤΕΙ or College. Graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing & Sales, Logistics or related fields will be an additional asset.
• More than 3 years of sales experience in Logistics & Forwarding Services will be considered a plus.
• Excellent English level (speaking and writing).
• Valid driving license.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Negotiation and Relationship Management Skills.
• Consultative selling skills.
