- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the construction and design industries
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other professionals
- Present and promote premium products and tailored solutions to clients
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction, design, or related sectors
- Previous experience in the flooring industry will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the needs of engineers, designers, and contractors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
