Role Objective:
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will serve as an integral member of the sales team, ensuring the achievement of the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales and promotional activities in pharmacies within the assigned territory in accordance with company policy

Focus sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential customer volume

Establish new accounts/customers
-
Plan and organize daily work schedule and manage existing accounts
-
Identify new opportunities, investigate problems, and develop solutions
-
Prepare reports
-
Maintain professional and technical knowledge according to company requirements
-
Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses
Role Requirements:

University degree
-
Excellent command of English

Previous sales experience (experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus)

Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative sales skills
