Πωλήσεις / Διαχείριση ΠελατώνWe are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching new clients, conducting on-site visits, and developing strong customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of our offered products and services, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and persuasive way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across target markets.
- Conduct on-site visits and meetings to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Develop a technical understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.
- Manage and follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and support them throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Naval Electrical) or equivalent technical background.
- >5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales,
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
