- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual and team performance targets, take ownership over them and support the team by using all available resources to meet or exceed them
- Develop the Customers' Strategic plan by analysing information & opportunities, supporting customers to plan initiatives, expanding portfolio, driving growth and ensuring the required mutual profitability
- Control the evolution of budget assigned to each customer by preparing relevant presentations and communicating the progress to relevant stakeholders
- Execute all operational standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
- Identify growth opportunities within territory and collaborate with their direct reports to ensure attainment
- Develop partnership with the customer by committing to periodical visits and organizing periodical business reviews, by placing of POP material and price tags
- Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting company's values
- Communicate product features & unique selling points to customers, keeping them updated on Mrk activities and new product launches. Negotiate for display and extra tailor made activities using PA's amount.
- Address customers' needs and strengthen their connection to our brands
- Coach and support regarding day to day operations the rest of the team's Sales Representatives
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- Execute and maintain established Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferably in a multinational / FMCG environment
- BSc/MSc in Business Administration/Marketing/Finance
- Very Good knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of Computer System(MS Office)
