1. SFA Tool Management (Responsible of the quality of the data, content and key reporting)
2. Ensure master data consistency and accuracy btw SFA & SAP
- User licenses and permissions management (creation of new front-end users)
- Managing massive content data load (promotions, KPIs targets, new SKU, catalog images)
- Understanding of SAP-SFA integration model and overall E2E process
- Managing SFA modules as cycle priorities, order taking, documents uploading, surveys set-up
- Ensuring the quality of the reported information and constant optimization to guarantee business reliability
3. SFA Tool Troubleshooting (act as fist line of support)
- Perform basic troubleshooting to undertand whether the incidence is data/user related or system bug.
- Test Fixes applied to QA environment once they have been resolved by support team
4. SFA Tool sustainability and improvements
- Making recommendations to improve the tool in line with Business needs
- Ensuring the quality and the plan of each improvements and changes releases (E2E test for application new releases)
- Resolving data and functional Incidents in agreement with the defined Support model


- BSc/MSc in Management, Economics, Data analytics or relevant fields
- Good level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills
- Good English knowledge (written & oral)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Field Sales, Back end support in FMCG business
- Proven ability to use systems, investigate route cause and apply simplification
- Strong result driven mindset
