Position Description:
We are looking for a Sales Agent to join Sales Team in our Athens Office (Girokomeio – Panormou), handling sales of Industrial and Electro-mechanical products to key customers, providing complete solutions, executing up-to-date follow-up’s, enforcing team with new sales opportunities and suggestions. The ideal candidate must possess a dynamic and assertive personality, outstanding communication and organizational skills, negotiation proficiency, and a strong spirit of cooperation.

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for both client management and development.
• Provide complete solutions to customers and establish productive long-lasting relationships with business partners (manufacturers, industries, design engineers, etc.).
• Continual customer support and service (i.e. product specifications, regulations, after sales services).
• Prepare and submit technical offers/proposals to customers.
• Increase our market share by identifying new partnerships.
• Contribute to enrichment of new products and solutions.
• Collaborate with the other departments (i.e. logistics) to arrange orders completion with secure delivery on time.
• Handle administrative duties related to sales.
• Participation in sales conferences and further training seminars.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering or Relevant Field (BEng/BSc/TEI/IEK).
• Post Graduate qualifications will be considered as an extra asset.
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience within a relevant field.
• English language, with minimum Intermediate (B1) Level.
• Proficient in MS365 and MS Office.
• Familiar in using ERP programs (preferably Entersoft), will be considered as an extra asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Oriented and focused on targets with positive results.
• Team-oriented with a relentless commitment to achieving goals.
• Driving License.
• Completed military obligations for male candidates.
