Πωλήσεις / Διαχείριση ΠελατώνRecruitment Services team | Kariera Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a leading company in the field of elevator and escalator solutions, providing high-quality products, installation and maintenance services for their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants or developers, in coordination with the Branch GM and Sales Manager
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and potential projects
- Maintain and update a structured CRM database with client and project information
- Monitor market needs and trends, providing feedback on product requirements and competitors’ activities
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and review department financial reports to ensure alignment with company goals
- Follow up on customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Support and coach sales teams through joint client visits, training and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with the Quality Department to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Supervise credit control activities, sales invoicing and contract collections
- Contribute to sales offers, contracts and reporting activities
- Lead and develop team members through continuous training, assessment and succession planning
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the elevator business
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Russian language is considered a plus
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Availability to travel for client visits
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
- Proven ability in problem solving and decision making
- Strong results orientation and ability to work towards clear objectives
