Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Account & Bid Manager to join our team and help drive strategic client relationships and solution-oriented sales. If you thrive in global environments and enjoy working across teams to deliver impactful offers, this role is for you.
- Manage relationships with key clients and act as their main contact
- Understand client needs and create tailored, solution-based offers (e.g. Device as a Service)
- Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with internal teams (Bid Management, Delivery, Solution Architects)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in sales and/or account management in IT/TelCom area
- C1+ English & German
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Strong ownership, resilience and goal-orientation
- Willingness to travel internationally (typically twice a month)
