currently seeking for a talented
SALES SPECIALIST to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce & explain product features and benefits to potential customers and partners.
- Promote our products and services to existing and potentials partners.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Manage partners projects and oversee the entire process from initial interest until the service goes live.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide regular reports on bookings and sales metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, rates and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with hotel’s revenue objectives.
- Establish long-term partnership relationships, react immediately to issues, and demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of products and solutions.
- Attend relevant fairs and industry events to promote the company’s
products.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in a similar position.
- Travelling abroad often monthly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Greek and English additional languages will be considered as a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation techniques.
- Adopt a well-rounded approach that includes partners approach, relationship building, sales process and appointment setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
