Scope:
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager, who is responsible for overseeing the sale of goods from Greece to other countries. They work with a variety of clients, distributors, and third-party providers, helping them to identify opportunities in foreign markets and facilitate sales abroad.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development initiatives to grow international sales and market presence.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover and assess new export opportunities.
- Evaluate the viability of emerging markets and actively pursue promising export leads.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for global shipments, managing freight expenses, customs duties, and related logistics.
- Lead contract negotiations with new international clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
- Analyze market data to identify challenges and opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
- Continuously monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- 3-7 years working experience in a similar position.
- Strong sales acumen with advanced negotiation capabilities.
- Be able to travel internationally for business purposes.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies across international markets.
