Inter Cars Greece is interested in appointing a Sales Director for the Sales Department in the Athens Metropolitan Area.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the team of Area Sales Managers across Greece.
Define, implement, and monitor the national sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.
Track and analyze sales performance across all regions, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to top management on sales results, forecasts, and market trends.
Ensure consistent implementation of sales and marketing policies across the branch network.
Monitor market conditions, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to strengthen Inter Cars’ position in the Greek market.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure optimal service and operational efficiency.
Support the professional growth and performance of the sales team through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Represent the company in key customer and partner meetings, strengthening long-term business relationships.
Requirements
BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles (preferably as National Sales Manager or Sales Director) within the automotive aftermarket or related industries.
Proven experience in managing and developing multi-regional sales teams.
Strong analytical mindset and experience with sales reporting, KPIs, and forecasting.
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills (English and Greek).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with online spare parts catalogues and B2B e-commerce platforms.
