OLYMPIC FOODS, a growing company in the food industry, is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking orders, answering phone calls, providing information about orders, and assisting customers by responding promptly and effectively to their needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Provide quick, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

Take and process orders accurately in the ERP system.

Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response (IVR) systems.

Deliver excellent customer care by identifying needs and providing the right answers, solutions, or guidance for a positive customer experience.

Learn and adhere to all customer service policies and procedures.

Record, organize, and maintain customer communications and profile/account updates.

Manage returns, refunds, and shipping tracking information.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.

Strong telephone communication skills and familiarity with phone systems.

Basic computer literacy and experience recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
