Πωλήσεις / Διαχείριση ΠελατώνOikos Property Developments is a rapidly growing company active in the real estate sector. We would like to include in our team a Sales Associate, for permanent occupation full time.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish relationships with customers during their visits
- Show the properties to potential clients, in order the sale to be more effective
- Handle escalated customer issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and closed deals
- Coordinate and assign site visits and property showings to sales agents
Your Profile:
- Full Professional Proficiency in English, both written and oral (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
- Proven experience in the sales field. Experience in the real estate industry would be considered an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
