Polypack is a fast-growing company actively operating in the wholesale and trading of packaging and raw materials-ingredients for the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Nutraceutical sector. About the Job

As a Business Development Representative at Polypack, you will play a key role in driving the company’s commercial growth in the Greek market. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching new potential clients, managing communication with leads, and ensuring that every opportunity is followed up effectively. Beyond packaging, this role will also contribute to the future development of our raw materials division, as Polypack prepares to broaden its product portfolio and presence in the cosmetics and supplement manufacturing sectors. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a growing commercial team where initiative, communication, and consistency are highly valued.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Research and identify new potential customers in Greece within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and supplement manufacturing sectors.
  • Contact prospects via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Polypack’s range of packaging products.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to present solutions and understand customer needs.
  • Prepare and send quotations in coordination with the Head of Sales.
  • Follow up on offers, email marketing campaigns, and inquiries to maintain engagement.
  • Keep detailed records of leads, communications, and results in CRM or structured tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach efficiency and market coverage.

  • Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field – this will be considered a strong plus.
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development (experience in packaging or raw materials is a plus).
  • Are proactive, ambitious, and eager to grow within a fast-developing commercial environment.
