Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized International Sales -Administrator to join our Export Department.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the daily communication and operational flow between our company and our network of agents and distributors across Europe.

You will handle seasonal and repeat orders, ensure smooth and timely deliveries, and coordinate with internal departments to guarantee excellent service to our international partners. This role is key in supporting our sales performance and maintaining the strong reputation of our brand in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with agents & distributors across Europe and Liaise between international partners and internal teams (Logistics, Accounting, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth business flow
  • Monitor customers’ financial and order status and compliance with company policies.
  • Support seasonal sales campaigns, receive, process, and coordinate orders and repeat orders to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Update changes to international price lists, client’s discounts, payment methods, and delivery schedules.
  • Organize and oversee shipments, returns, and distribution of promotional materials and Samples.
  • Handle and document claims, return requests, and customer feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update product listings and wholesale client access on the B2B platform, in coordination with Product Teams, to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports and assist in collection planning and budgeting activities.
  • Collaborate with the Export Team in organizing collection presentations and participating in international fashion trade shows.

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international sales administration, export, or customer service (fashion or wholesale industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Command of English (additional European languages are an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to travel internationally up to twice per semester for business purposes
