We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking " Store B2B Sales Account Manager” to be part of our successful team in our “Store B2B Sales team in Epirus”.

You have a challenging mission for:

Building strong relationships with corporate clients, drive sales growth, and deliver tailored solutions to meet evolving business needs. By managing in-store sellers, ensuring smooth operations, and staying ahead of competitors, you’ll play a key role in expanding Nova Stores’ corporate presence.

What will you do:

• Responsible for corporate sales within the framework defined by the company for Nova Stores.
• Responsible for the In Store Sellers.
• Responsible for the development of corporate customers in the SOHO / SME category in the stores of their responsibility.
• Responsible for developing and achieving corporate sales goals.
• Monitoring the competition and suggestions for improvement regarding the presence of the company.
• Responsible for the efficient operation of the stores and the implementation of their management procedures.

It would be great if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree (BSc required).
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or store operations.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong PC skills with very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Clear, effective, and confident communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical thinking and solid negotiation skills.
• Drive, adaptability, and a passion for achieving results.
