The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.
Key Responsibities:

Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals

Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement

Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement

Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standards

Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectives

Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals

Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability
Candidate profile:

Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred.

Strong background in Sales is preferred.

Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. BI tools knowledge is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, both in German (C2) and English (B2)
