We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Commercial Team based in Thessaloniki. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, effective communicator and confident in strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular commercial contacts
- Promote CMA CGM Group services, including non-maritime products
- Identify and develop new market opportunities in line with the company’s commercial strategy
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including customer feedback
- Support the development of market share and revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Booking and Customer Service to ensure timely responses and effective issue resolution
- Assist customers in using our online tool for rate management
- Monitor and follow up on quotations sent, those about to expire, or those not yet booked
- Support resolution of disputes and customer concerns
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with the Group’s compliance policies
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in a sales/commercial role, preferably in the shipping or logistics sector
- Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Proactive team player with a solutions-oriented approach
