We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Commercial Team based in Thessaloniki. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, effective communicator and confident in strategic decision-making.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular commercial contacts
  • Promote CMA CGM Group services, including non-maritime products
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities in line with the company’s commercial strategy
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including customer feedback
  • Support the development of market share and revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Booking and Customer Service to ensure timely responses and effective issue resolution
  • Assist customers in using our online tool for rate management
  • Monitor and follow up on quotations sent, those about to expire, or those not yet booked
  • Support resolution of disputes and customer concerns
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with the Group’s compliance policies

 

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a sales/commercial role, preferably in the shipping or logistics sector
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Proactive team player with a solutions-oriented approach
