About ASETO.AI:

ASETO is an AI startup specializing in AI Communication Agents. We develop cutting-edge solutions that help businesses optimize customer interactions and unlock actionable insights through advanced analytics. As we finalize our product, our priority is establishing a strong B2B presence, starting in Cyprus and Greece, with plans for international expansion.

We are now seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager based in Greece (Athens or Thesaloniki) to accelerate our market entry, build strong client relationships, and drive growth. This is a fully remote role, but you should be based in Athens with the flexibility to attend client meetings and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a B2B go-to-market strategy for Greece.
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across healthcare, hospitality (hotels) and other industries.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and expand ASETO’S industry network.
  • Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Represent ASETO at local industry events, conferences, and business forums.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create sales materials, proposals, and tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing market feedback to refine product offerings and strategy.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, ideally in technology, SaaS, or telecom.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, ambitious, and results driven.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A passion for AI, technology, and innovation.
