We are looking for a Presales Specialist to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

·         Communicate with potential clients to identify their needs.

·         Present tailored value propositions that show how our software meets each client’s needs.

·         Identify and generate new sales opportunities.

·         Ensure a professional and engaging communication experience for all prospects.

·         Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.

·         Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and organize sales activities.

 

Your Qualifications & Competencies

·         Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or in a science/engineering discipline (e.g., Polytechnic, Agricultural, or Physical Sciences).

·         Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Previous experience in sales or customer care will be considered as an asset

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Greek and English

·         Familiarity with Softone or other CRM systems is a plus.

·         Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop or Canva (preferred but not required)

·         Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
