Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and support the commercial growth of our B2B operations. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and act as a key point of contact between our suppliers and clients.

This is a fully office-based role, with all communication conducted via phone, email, and digital platforms — no external field sales, or driving duties.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
  • Identify and approach new B2B prospects in the food sector (wholesalers, distributors, etc.).
  • Prepare and follow up on sales offers and proposals.
  • Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms between suppliers and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate orders and ensure smooth, professional communication between all parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, deals, and pipeline activity.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Agricultural Sciences, or Logistics.
  • Experience in B2B sales or commercial roles (preferably in food, import/export, or trading).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small, professional team.
  • Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and accountability.
