Responsibilities:

  • Managing the store’s day to day operations
  • Supervising, coordinating and developing the in-store team
  • Ensuring a high-quality customer experience
  • Handling inventory: ordering, receiving, and merchandising
  • Planning in-store events and community activities
  • Monitoring sales performance and contributing to business growth strategies
  • Operating POS systems, managing cash, and preparing basic financial reporting
  • Ensuring the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual standards

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Familiarity with inventory software and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during events
  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are considered a plus
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively
