Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical matters
• Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Support Engineers to ensure client satisfaction and resolve technical challenges
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
• Collect client feedback and relay it to relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement
• Deliver client training sessions and develop clear, detailed product documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience with industrial products and applications (e.g., PLCs, variable speed drives, sensors, instruments) is considered a plus
