Job Brief

We are looking for a Telesales agent to join our excellent team, based in Aspropyrgos! In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Collaborates and communicates with other departments within the company on issues related to Sales Management
• Acts as the back point of the sales team and updates the management systems (CRM, quotation tools, performance indicators, campaigns etc) daily and produces the corresponding reports
• Composes offers to clients and monitors their progress
• Communicates excellently and effectively with clients
• Prepares and writes reports
• Works effectively for the implementation and achievement of the company's qualitative and quantitative goals

Candidate profile

• Graduate of Business Administration / Economics / Marketing & Sales or related fields
• Excellent knowledge of English language (oral & written)
• Very good knowledge of handling MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
• Experience using CRM systems will be considered as an additional qualification
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Problem solving ability and result orientation
