Role Overview
At Ergon Tzanidakis Ltd, we’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant, reporting to the Materials Handling Sales Manager, located in Aspropyrgos, to expand our customer base via promoting and selling our materials handling equipment (e.g., lifting machines, pallet trucks). This is a unique opportunity for a Sales professional, also based in Central Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Implements the sales strategy in the designated area to achieve the company’s quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Conducts regular visits to clients and partners to promote equipment, accessories and spare parts and seize sales opportunities.
- Identifies potential clients and strives to maintain strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assumes full responsibility for the sales cycle: keeps client records, prepares offers, takes orders, monitors equipment delivery, collects products documentation.
- Demonstrates equipment to clients upon delivery and at industry exhibitions and events.
- Monitors competition, records market trends and submits proposals for new sales initiatives and opportunities.
- Promotes accessories and spare parts in collaboration with the After Sales department.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, or in B2B sales preferably in industrial goods.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
- Regular travel within Central Greece and Peloponnese is required.
- Driving license (Category B).
- Military service fulfilled (if applicable)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation, adaptability and professionalism.
