Mistras Group Hellas is looking for an International Sales & Business Development Executive in order to increase sales and penetration of MG's service and product offering to the entire geographical area.
- Target markets (listed in descending priority): Oil & Gas, Power Generation, R&D and Academia, Civil Structures.
- Technological Offering includes but not limited to Advanced NDT, SHM, OLM as well as FFS, RBI and PCMS.
Role Overview: This position is about driving Mistras Group expansion into exciting new territories and markets where the brand is still emerging. You’ll be responsible for building a strong distributor network, boosting brand recognition, focusing on both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships. By developing strategic partnerships with local distributors, you’ll lead efforts to increase market penetration and make Mistras a standout name across new geographies.
Main Tasks
- Development of and responsibility for the successful implementation of the global sales strategy
- Identification of new markets and business development strategies for the areas of interest
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and partnerships combined with regular visits
- Participation in international conferences, exhibitions, trade shows and implementation of marketing activities, lead trainings
- Observing and analysing current market trends
- Preparing offers, conducting sales negotiations and finalising international sales contracts
- Expanding the international presence and positioning of products and services
- Developing feasibility studies, competitive analyses and business cases
- Close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and business areas of the group
Qualifications-Requirements
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical prefered) , Physics or Equivalent.
- Excellent command of the English language (written & oral)
- Ability and flexibility to travel abroad frequently to the entire territory
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of High-Tech products and
- At least 5 years of experience in International Sales and Account Management
- Desired experience in Test & Measurement, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and/or Diagnostic Technologies
