Mistras Group Hellas is looking for a Sales Representative in order to grow the business and increase profits of MGH's service and product offering to the entire geographical area.
Role Overview: This position is about identifying new customers, serving existing clientele effectively, building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners, negotiating deals, and handling sales operations. Success in this role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Main Tasks
- Finding and identifying potential customers through various methods, including referrals, business directories, and cold calling.
- Conducting sales presentations to potential customers
- Responding to customer inquiries, negotiating and closing deals
- Long-term management of client portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Attending trade fairs and business events
- Understanding products and market trends
- Preparing offers and following up
Required skills and qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in Industrial products and/or services sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
- Very good command of the English language (written & oral)
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Physics or Equivalent
- Ability to travel
Will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of NDT, Data Acquisition and Technical Measurements
