Position Overview:
ERMA FIRST is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling the end-to-end commercial process for maintenance packages – from RFQ receipt to Sales Order release – by ensuring that all commercial and financial requirements are met before handover to the operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review and process RFQs related to maintenance packages
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations for contract-based services
- Verify customer Purchase Orders against quoted terms and contractual obligations
- Generate and release Sales Orders following PO validation and credit control
- Responsible for the delivery of the sale’s contractual obligations
- Issue and follow up on prepayment invoices prior to execution
- Act as the sales point of contact for all maintenance package requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after commercial clearance
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales or commercial operations, preferably in the shipping sector
- Strong command of English
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Understanding of credit control procedures and financial documentation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Customer-focused with a proactive follow-up approach
