We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing Software Solutions team. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to support daily sales operations, streamline processes, and ensure data accuracy. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values learning, growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documents, in alignment with our partners’ programs.
- Assist with sales meeting preparation and follow-up documentation.
- Help maintain sales collateral and resource libraries.
- Assist with contract preparation and account information.
- Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness in CRM system.
- Generate standard sales reports using existing templates and dashboards.
- Assist with data collection for sales forecasting activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements with senior team guidance.
- Help maintain documentation and process guides.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Internship or project experience in sales, operations, or business analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM concepts (CRM applications experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in teams.
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking.
