Commercial Manager – LITO Fine Jewelry
Job Description
Lito Fine Jewelry, a distinguished brand known for its exquisite craftsmanship and artistic approach to fine jewelry, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive retail sales and wholesaling in Greece and abroad.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the jewelry retail and wholesale market. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring profitability, brand integrity, and long-term growth. The Commercial Manger will oversee commercial operations, partnerships and client relations, while ensuring that the business remains aligned with the values and standards of the luxury jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement commercial strategies to grow market share in the jewelry sector.
- Identify, develop and execute a strategic international wholesale growth plan, identifying new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end retailers worldwide.
- Oversee the full wholesale sales cycle, including budgeting, target setting, negotiating commercial terms and managing orders.
- Represent Lito Fine Jewelry at major trade shows and industry events
- Analyze sales performance, market trends and competition to optimize sales strategies.
- Monitor performance KPIs (sales growth, margins, stock turnover, ROI)
- Oversee pricing strategies aligned with luxury positioning and market demand.
- Ensure exceptional client service and long-term partnership development.
- Provide training and mentoring to develop commercial and luxury retail experience.
- Support retail sales team targets and ensure luxury service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record in commercial or retail management within the luxury goods market. Minimum 7 years of experience. Experience in the fine jewelry sector is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of global markets and distribution channels.
- Ability to travel internationally for sales meetings, events, and client visits.
- Proficiency in wholesale sales tools.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
