We’re looking for a Retail Stores Consultant to support and grow our expanding network of KCS. If you have experience in retail operations, enjoy being out in the field, and know how to turn strategy into execution, this role is for you!
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and support a portfolio of franchise convenience stores, ensuring high performance and trust-based relationships.

• Monitor key business KPIs (sales, profitability, compliance) and help stores reach their targets.

• Ensure proper implementation of store operations, commercial agreements, merchandising standards, and staff training.

• Oversee the setup and opening of new stores (equipment, technical support, layout execution).

• Provide structured feedback to store partners and contribute to identifying new store opportunities (leads generation).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Retail or Area Manager role (preferably in franchise networks or FMCG).

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on attitude.

• Understanding of key retail KPIs and the ability to analyze store performance.

• Flexibility to travel frequently and visit stores.

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
