RODOULA S.A. is a major Greek company operating in the production and distribution of dough products, sweets, and baked goods, with a leading position in its categories and a strong presence in exports to more than 25 countries.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to join our Exports team as an Exports Area Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our international presence and managing client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts and identify new markets/clients for exports/business opportunities
  • Maintain and increase export sales in the area of his/her responsibility, reaching the targets and goals set forth
  • Submit proposals for the strategic development plan and design sales /export strategies and activities suited to the area of his/her responsibility
  • Implement export strategies and activities that would ensure an increase in sales and profitability in his/her area of responsibility
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients that will serve as the foundation for long-term business growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to his/her clients
  • Travel frequently to the area and the clients he/she is accountable for
  • Partner with the Exports Administration to handle the exports logistics in his/her area of responsibility (e.g., scheduling efficient shipping activities and within the required timeframe, identifying appropriate transportation methods in assistance with the clients)
  • Prepare annually and monthly in-depth Sales Forecast per area and per client

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exports in the food industry
  • Solid understanding of international trade procedures and documentation
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking, partnered with a commercial mindset
  • Attention to detail and results-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, act independently, and make timely decisions
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to travel
