Job Summary:

WS Karoulias S.A., a leading company in spirits, wines and beverages in Greece, would like to employ a sales representative in its coffee division in Peloponnese area. The sales representative, is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting, selling, and distributing coffee products to new and existing customers. This role involves managing relationships with clients such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, retailers and distributors, while meeting assigned sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect new clients within the coffee industry segment.
    • Promote and sell coffee products and complimentary products to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Account Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
    • Manage customer orders, deliveries, and payment collections as per company policies.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in the coffee sector.
    • Provide feedback to management for pricing strategies, promotions, and product development.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare monthly sales reports.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or designated systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales, preferably in FMCG, beverage or coffee industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and trends (or willingness to learn).
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
    • Passion for coffee and customer service.

  • Sales revenue and volume targets.
  • Number of new accounts acquired.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Market share growth in assigned territory.
