Πωλήσεις / Διαχείριση ΠελατώνThe Account Manager duty is to handle and to be responsible for a specific number of customer accounts in the Greek territory and will promote product and service portfolio for all Strategic Business Units represented by MAN Energy Solutions Hellas Ltd.
Your responsibilities include
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for assigned accounts, in line with company objectives, to grow revenue in a profitable and sustainable way both short and long term.
- Organize meetings, presentations and demonstrations to Business customers promoting epic services.
- Promoting and Selling Diesel Engine Components, Upgrade Systems, Academy courses, technical service and similar packages
- Prepare and provide required sales documentation and promotional material to customers.
- Coordinating with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout the global organization to effectively and professionally achieve results
- Meeting annual sales targets plus other Key performance indicators
- Following up on sales quotations, negotiating and visiting customers based on a weekly plan and company processes
- Closely liaising with ship owner and vessel management companies, handling their questions and disputes, and providing technical support in coordination with technical department
- Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Assist in structuring business channel's strategy and recommend ideas to enhance market competitiveness.
- Identification of new business opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback
- Identifying and developing prospect opportunities for the complete portfolio of products and services
You can help us with these qualifications
- University degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of Sales experience, preferably in Maritime industry or multinational company therefore Strong customer-focus and sales-driven
- Knowledge of diesel engine(s)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Autonomy and proactiveness capacity
- Good analysis and problem-solving capacity
- Good team work and corporation skills
- Master or Business Management Degree will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent command of English language, oral and written
