EPE Yachting, a division of EPE SA, specializes in providing innovative water treatment and environmental solutions for the Superyacht industry. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Superyacht division.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential superyacht owners, shipyards, and industry stakeholders, in Greece and worldwide
• Promote and sell EPE Yachting’s product portfolio
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits and applications
• Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to provide tailored solutions based on client requirements
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent EPE Yachting
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, or related field preferred) or Naval Architect or a relevant technical background
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the maritime or yachting industry
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand complex solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
