MANDYNAMIC is looking for Inbound German Speaking speaking Customer Advisor on behalf of a multinational company.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets 
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written language skills in German
• Ability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday
