If you wish to be part of the largest Insurance Intermediary in Europe and you have:
- BSc degree in Insurance Science, Statistics, Finance or Business-related studies.
- 3-5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance products.
- Team player orientation, a can-do attitude, good business judgment, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and building rapport easily.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Excellent English command.
- Computer literacy, including use of MS Office.

Role Summary:
As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with assigned clients to ensure effective risk placement with insurers. Your role encompasses delivering exceptional service in the administration of new business, renewals, and mid-term changes while being responsible for negotiating terms to meet client needs, ensuring optimal pricing and cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a portfolio of clients, supporting the team’s targets for new business and renewals/retention of current clients, ensuring timeframes and deliverables are met.
- Placing new business, reviewing and negotiating complex insurance policies.
- Developing the portfolio across new clients and existing ones.
- Cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships; arranging and attending meetings conducting in depth dialogue and developing a positive business relationship built on mutual trust.
- Ensuring that the company’s workflow systems are updated promptly to reflect the current status of any risk.
- Collecting insurance information, preparing formal documentation as appropriate.
- Assisting with the interpretation of insurance wordings and product development.
- Working side by side and in close collaboration with our Sales team ensuring timeframes and deliverables are met.
- Operating daily insurance vendors portals to support the smooth flow of all LoBs.
- Liaise with the various divisions to provide client-centric solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
- Setting and delivering budget objectives (growth and profitability).
