Ever wondered what it feels like to be an Account Manager in Netcompany?
Joining us as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts in the Public Sector, ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT services and consulting solutions that meet our clients' needs.
As an Account Manager you will:
- Consult with public sector clients to understand their vision, challenges, and specific needs, ensuring a tailored approach to delivering solutions that align with their goals.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide relevant insights into their domain, delivering actionable solutions that address both current and future needs.
- Collaborate with the client to define and refine solutions and offerings that best serve their objectives, ensuring they align with their strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on discovering their landscape to more effectively position and enhance the offering over time.
- Develop high-quality marketing and business materials (such as reports, proposals, and vision statements) that communicate the value of the solution to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of projects and solutions, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on ensuring that clients see continuous value from the solutions provided.
- Monitor and manage account performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Proactively address client concerns and feedback, facilitating timely resolutions and ensuring long-term, successful partnerships.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Extensive and proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Account Management and/or IT consulting in Digital Government / Defense / Civil protection / Immigration / Foreign affairs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree would be an asset
- Deep understanding of the Public Sector domain in Greece
- Strong business and technology knowledge in Government relevant domain
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to create impactful business and marketing content
- Strategic mindset, proactiveness, and a solution-oriented approach
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Excellent Greek and English communication skills.
