“Bournas Medicals”, a leading company in the production and marketing of certified medical consumables and health consumables, is interested in staffing its dynamic team with an associate for the position: “Junior B2B Account Manager”.

The day of the Account Manager will be divided equally between B2B sales and customer service.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our products.

This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face, serving their orders for the whole procedure (pre-sales, sales, after sales).

He / She will:

  • Recognize any other or potential needs of the client (cross sales) and will try to expand the product portfolio of the client with products from all our 15 product series (cross sales, up-sales).
  • Will report directly to the Director of the Export Department.
  • Will focus in B2B sales and account management exclusively of abroad (non-Greek) accounts.

More specifically:

  • Preparing proforma’s, placing order on our system and following up with internal and external partners.
  • Development of new clientele
  • Preparation of recommended New Business targeting list
  • Sales promotion & cross selling to incoming (leads) and existing clientele.
  • Networking to increase sales
  • Researching competition, gathering and confirming commercial information, prices and quality characteristics of competition that contributes to the development of new products or the improvement of existing ones.
  • Active presence at international exhibitions to promote sales with existing clients and new leads.
  • Contribution to the implementation of participation in international exhibitions in collaboration with other departments
  • Continuous communication to identify immediate and upcoming customer needs
  • Keep track of records of communication and well as other customer data in our CRM software.
  • Preparation of reports according to the KPIs of the department.
  • Providing support (after-sales) to customers with information and educational material about the products

Necessary Qualifications

  • 2 years as a B2B account manager
  • University or TEI degree in Sales/Business Administration/Finance/Marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, dynamism, team spirit
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Basic knowledge commercial correspondence
  • Excellent use of PC and MS Office
  • Familiar user of CRM / ERP software environments
  • Ability to travel abroad (min 4 times per year)
  • Completed military obligations for male candidates

Will be mostly appreciated:

  • Knowledge of a second foreign language
  • Master's degree related to international sales
  • Previous experience in sales related to the medical industry.
