Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for high-value clients, cultivating long-term partnerships rooted in trust and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s brand, goals, and market challenges to craft tailored content and marketing solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, forecast needs, and identify opportunities for added value.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue by identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services and platforms.
- Lead the development of proposals, quotations, and impactful client pitches, resulting in consistent new business wins.
- Develop and execute proactive outreach and sales strategies targeting both existing and potential clients.
Strategic Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (creative, production, strategy), ensuring project alignment and smooth execution.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients based on market trends, campaign performance, and competitor analysis.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape agency offerings and refine go-to-market strategies.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitable execution without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection, collaborating with finance teams to address discrepancies.
- Support the onboarding of new clients with clear communication and process alignment.
Presentation & Communication
- Craft and deliver engaging sales decks, campaign reports, and strategic presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, project briefings, and performance reviews with confidence and clarity.
- Translate creative and technical concepts into business impact for client stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, account management, or client servicing within a creative agency, film/video production house, or digital marketing firm.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, digital content, brand storytelling, and social media marketing.
- Native Greek speaker or fluent in Greek, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with experience handling client pitches and business proposals.
- Knowledge of the local media/advertising market in Greece and the wider European region.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with influencer campaigns, performance marketing, or experiential activations.
- Experience working with both local and international clients.
- Good knowledge in Keynote, Google Slides, or other presentation design tools.
