Affidea Group, the largest provider of primary healthcare services in Europe, in the context of the continuous development of its activities, is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Thessaloniki!
Job description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, to improve partnerships and expand the client base within the assigned geographic areas.
- Present and promote medical services, products, and examination packages to healthcare professionals, aiming to broaden collaborations.
- Provide personalized support to healthcare professionals by identifying their needs and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, gather data, and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate daily with the management teams of healthcare facilities in the area to assess needs and implement improvement proposals.
- Address patient management issues to ensure quality service delivery.
- Record data, prepare reports, and schedule visits using CRM tools. Present results on a weekly and monthly basis.
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or diagnostic services sector
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Sales, or relevant field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours.
