Provide (pre-) sales support for Jungheinrich products/services to the Sales Representative/ Account Executive if required:
- CPQ for basic/standard products and services
- Take over all relevant information and specifications for configuration of basic/standard products and services from sales representative and pass back for final approval
- Generate quote for basic/standard products and services
- Submit/provide quote to customer or sales representative
- Create orders based on negotiated quotes for basic/standard products and services (within CRM)
- Release order after approval by sales role/sales management
- Hand over all relevant order information
Maintenance and provision of customer data (e.g., CRM) and opportunity management:
- Take over opportunity management and distribute needed information to involved roles (e.g., creation, updating and closing of opportunity)
- Create new accounts with transferred information
- Verify and update contact data with transferred information if required
- Ensure data quality within the customer data base

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Sales department, Customer Support
- High verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
- Computer Literacy
- Experience in handling SAP is considered an asset
