Join Surprice Mobility, a dynamic car rental company. We are currently continuing to expand our global franchise network and looking to recruit a talented  Franchise Development Associate with passion and enthusiasm to  join our team.

Your role is to drive commercial development in Europe and globally

What will your responsibilities be?

Working alongside the Head of Network, you will contribute to defining the commercial strategy and will be responsible for its execution. You will initiate prospecting actions and identify clients’ needs to build innovative proposals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
• Research and identify potential partners within our target market segments, utilizing various research and networking channels.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner companies
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics Proactively suggest continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure rigorous reporting of your commercial activity in our CRM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions, proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B or partnership development roles.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Greek and English languages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, conferences and industry events.
