Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide distribution portfolio across various channels (direct and through network) and professional sectors
  • Develop distribution to boost sales, professionalism, and brand commitment
  • Present holistic solutions and new proposals to customers
  • Manage the direct sales customer portfolio in alignment with the defined Target Group
  • Handle and monitor assigned key accounts within the designated area: visits, offers and follow-up, payments, etc.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential new partners per region and sector
  • Provide commercial “technical” advice through joint visits with distribution channel sales teams
  • Enhance brand image at points of sale

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a salesperson in distribution networks of industrial machinery companies
  • Sales channel experience in sectors such as Agriculture, Hospitality, Automotive Dealerships, Detergents, and Agricultural Equipment
  • Experience in provincial markets is highly valued
  • Very good Knowledge of English
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP & CRM systems
  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
