Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain regular communication and visits with partner Dealers to support daily business operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics for each Dealer, including volume, market share, and results in financing, leasing, and insurance products.
  • Track monthly sales targets across the assigned region; identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the VWFS Operations Department and Dealers to address and resolve operational requests or challenges.
  • Coordinate with the Insurance Department on any insurance-related matters that arise.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions at the point of sale for dealers and their staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale corporate customers.
  • Prepare credit evaluation proposals for wholesale corporate clients.
  • Collect and submit all necessary documentation for credit risk analysis to the appropriate departments.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in similar positions
  • University degree (Master’s will be considered a plus)
  • Fluency in writing & talking in English Language
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint will be considered a plus)
  • Excellent Writing & Communication Skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Decision making ability
  • Ability to travel within Greece up to 50% of the time
