We are looking for a Key Account Manager
This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, maximizes performance and increases engagement of the assigned Key Accounts, through the provision of support and guidance, promotion of company's interests and effective relationship management. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to success.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts, and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Participating in annual agreements negotiations and supervising the execution of agreements
- Monitoring Key Account performance, assessing market insights and guiding them to sustainable growth via the provision of sales support, resolution of issues, suggestions for improvement etc
- Monitoring the sales targets for the assigned key accounts to support their achievement, focusing on increasing performance and profitability
- Conducting co-visits with sales force and counseling them on the achievement of sales targets, relationship management, issues resolution, product training etc
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Acting as the first point of contact of the Key Accounts and administering the resolution of issues
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
What you need to succeed:
- BSc/MSc in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Area, Regional sales or Key Account Management roles of large retail networks/accounts, preferably in FMCG industry
- Strong analytical & numerical skills
- Familiarity with reporting tools (ERP will be considered as strong asset)
- Customer service excellence with accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Results driven and self-motivated with passion, energy, and a positive attitude
- Advanced negotiation & sales skills
- High standards of business ethics and business conduct
- Excellent communication & presentation skills both in Greek and English languages (oral and written)
